Well it's $58 total actually, including the base fee and actual electric usage + VAT, but I got 30% off of the bill because they let me have this benefit for raising up a new born baby. 80's people tend to think that turning on the air conditioning for so long will end up getting a huge electric bill. But consider it done. I'm gonna spend this summer at home with my family with the full force of the air conditioner :D
